The Aerial 250 Sleeping Bag by Cumulus is a mid-season bag that blends the warmth-trapping design of a sleeping bag with the ultralight efficiency of a quilt. Traditional sleeping bags compress under the sleeper's body weight, relying on the sleeping pad for insulation. The Aerial solves this with a single layer of ultralight fabric on the bottom, eliminating the need for additional down, keeping the price and weight lower. Unlike a quilt, Aerial's Sleeping Bag style construction traps in heat and protects from cool drafts and annoying bugs.
