The Waratah Ultralight Hiking Quilt lightens your pack weight while keeping the price low. The Waratah Quilt does not skimp on features: with a zippered footbox, draft collar, 850 fill power down, and better baffle orientation, this quilt is built to compete with the best quilts out there. Waratah features an anti-draft pad attachment system that strategically positions the strap attachments higher on each side compared to other quilts. This ensures more of the quilt wraps around you, preventing cold air from entering when turning side to side. The Waratah Quilt is one of the best budget quilts, keeping you warm, cozy, and light.

  • Zippered footbox with drawstring closure allowing you to vent as needed
  • Neck draft collar with top snaps to keep it tucked in close
  • Pad attachment straps sewn into exterior baffles, not on the quilt's edge, to keep drafts to a minimum
  • Mixture of horizontal and vertical baffles to ensure even distribution of down
  • Under torso baffles are purposely underfilled due to the pad attachment system to ensure thermal value while placing the down where it is most needed
  • Overfilled footbox for extra warmth 
  • Boxed baffles that result in a continuous and unbroken layer of insulation, minimising the heat that is lost through the seams
  • Durable and lightweight 10D nylon fabric that is wind-resistant and contains a DWR coating for water repellency
